WELLNESS CENTRE AT ZULAL SERENITY
The Serenity Men's & Ladies Wellness Centre is a sanctuary of holistic experiences to support your emotional and physical balance, including 64 treatment rooms, a wide-ranging hydrothermal suite.
Hammam
The word ‘hammam’ is derived from the Arabic root ‘hamm’, which means ‘spreader of warmth’, or ‘that which produces heat’. In Traditional Arabic & Islamic Medicine, hammam rituals are designed not only to cleanse the body, but also to prevent diseases of the humours. Superfluous or waste matter is removed in the form of sweat or vapours, which is also beneficial for the skin. Increased blood flow increases the availability of nutrients to the body’s various organs.

Our flexible approach to fitness includes group and private studios for movement, Yoga and Pilates, a mixed gymnasium, and various pools. We have the latest Kinesis fitness equipment that makes exercise both appealing and effective.
POOLS AT ZULAL SERENITY
We have separate plunge pools for men and women, an outdoor pool and a private pool for Watsu, a soulful massage treatment performed while you float in warm water. Guests can also enjoy our unique, man-made lagoon that runs through the Discovery area of our resort.

Our passionate belief in wholesome nutrition for sustaining an energetic lifestyle is reflected in our restaurants where flavour and fresh produce combine. Visit the all-day dining Al Sidr Restaurant or our other eating and drinking places throughout the resort.

Our various resort boutiques sell essential items, traditional crafts and beautiful artisanal pieces from Qatar and luxury international luxury brands. A range of wellness & spa products is also available to take home and gift your loved ones.

We have an on-site Apothecary selling herbal wellbeing products, a Tea House with our outstanding range of herbal teas, and our House of Wisdom. This beautiful serene space that invites you to come back to yourself, sit quietly and read books about ancient and modern health wisdom.
